Together with the patient I create a puzzle and work with the clues as if it were a real "investigative" investigation.

The sessions are confidential.
For me it is important to help patients find appropriate solutions to alleviate the effects of their complaints and improve their quality of life.
The improvement and reduction of symptoms depends on several factors. This includes the ability of the psychotherapist to help the patient recognize and understand his thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how they relate and influence each other.
Furthermore, the patient's motivation for psychotherapy and the joint construction of a therapeutic alliance are crucial.
